Enrollment and Registration

Enrollment and registration for the 2024-25 school year is open! We have created videos walking you through the 2 step process of enrolling with IHLA and registering with Home Ed 360!
Step 1: Students must enroll through Idaho Home Learning Academy.
If your student is a returning student with IHLA, you will receive an email with a snapcode on March 4th that will link your previous enrollment information to your next year enrollment. Please use that link and choose Home Ed 360 as the education service provider. If you do not receive the snapcode, you can reach out to your current service provider to have it sent to you.
If you are new to IHLA, use this link 24-25 New Student Enrollment to create an account and submit the enrollment packet. You will need the student's birth certificate, immunization records, and proof of residency (a recent utility bill works great) to complete the student enrollment. Here is a link to the exemption form if needed.
Step 2: Complete this registration form once per student.
Please make sure the legal name, date of birth, and grade level match what was submitted to IHLA as that is how we match up the enrollment and registration information at Home Ed 360.
You will receive an email for each student confirming their enrollment and registration is complete or if there is anything that needs fixed. We look forward to working with you this coming school year!
